U17 Squash Team presented with their medals for coming runners up in the Inter-Counties Trophy Final.
On Saturday February 28th at the David Lloyd, Ringwood, the Dorset U17 Squash Team had a friendly match against a mixed team of local players including Alex Sawyer and coaches, Keith Chambers and James Ryan.
Before this, the U17 Boys were presented with their medals for gaining second place in the National Inter-Counties Trophy Final. This competition was held last month at Cambridge University and our Dorset boys came higher than any other Dorset junior squash team had done for over twenty years.
Paul Alldridge, their team manager, gave Phil Sargeant, Charlie Sawyer, Liam Alldridge, Charlie Hill, Joe Cook and Ben Smith their medals and a commemorative T shirt.
David Williams, Chairman of Dorset Squash presented Paul with some Ringwood Ales as a thank you for all his hard work in managing and inspiring the team this year.
