Visibility

Visibility controls where your personal contact information can be shown.  The settings are:

• Public (if over 18) : which allows all users to see your contact information in all applicable areas (via your profile page, club pages, or contact lists)
• None: no one can see your information unless you allow a club to manage your account
  [the following settings only work for clubs that you have approved]
• Club and league: club officials of your club(s) and any other clubs in your league when you are a team captain
• Club only: club officials of your club(s)

The only exception to this is your email address which is always hidden behind contact forms.  Via these forms people will always be able to email you but will never see your email address.

Club approval and authorisation

When a person is added to a club membership who already has a profile on the system, the person has to approve that club in order for them to see their personal details (unless they have set their visibility to public).  They can optionally authorise the club to edit their details on their behalf.  If the person's profile was created via the club membership pages then approval and authorisation is default to yes.

Approval and authorisation is selected via the 'My clubs' section of your profile.  Simply select yes or no from the drop downs by each club you are a member of and click on 'Update'.
