Profile main details

Your profile's main details (accessed by logging onto your profile) list your name, contact details, date of birth (used internally for age calculation and not directly shown anywhere), affiliation region and sports.

Most of the information is self-explanatory, simply change on screen and then click on 'Update'.  Make sure your affiliation country and region, and sports are selected correctly so that you are listed in the correct areas on the site.

The only complicated option is 'Who can see my telephone numbers and address' which is explained in the visibility help section.
