Club account creation

Please note that the following instructions assume your site allows club creation.  If your site does not allow individuals to create clubs, please contact your regional organisation's secretary.

Before you can create a club on the system you need to have a personal profile (because clubs are managed via personal profiles).  Click here for information on creating a personal profile.  You will have the option of creating a personal account when you start the club creation process.

If the club you wish to manage is already on the system then ask one of your club's current registered officials to add you as an official.

You can start the club creation process by either going to the clubs section of the site and clicking on 'Register a club' or by going to the 'my clubs' section of your profile and clicking on 'Create a new club' at the top of the main area.  Follow the onscreen instructions to create the club with basic information.  If you opt to create a personal profile account at the same time (if you did not have one already) then be careful to note your personal profile details (also see).

When creating your account be sure to select the correct country and region for your club (that you are affiliated to), as well as the sports offered at your club as this will ensure your club is listed in the correct places on the site.

When you create a club you will automatically be added to the membership, marked as an official and set as the main contact.  In the future, you can log onto your club via the 'my clubs' section of your profile.
