Account Overview

Individual and club information is managed through accounts.  Individual information is kept in profiles which contain personal details such as name and contact details .  This information can be used in player lists, leagues, contacts, club memberhips, etc...  Club accounts contain various club related information such as contacts, membership, venue information and allow interaction with leagues on the system.

Profiles can be created by individuals directly, or by club officials on their behalf.  Clubs accounts are created and managed via profiles so that one or more club officials can manage one or more clubs that they represent.  These officials may include secretaries, team captains, or whatever arrangement you have for your club.

Profiles and clubs are organised on the system with unique ID numbers.  You can also associate sport specific membership numbers with your accounts for your convenience.  You manage your information by logging onto your profile with your ID number and password.  You can then manage your personal details and the information for any club that you are an official of.
