2017 Racketball County Closed Championship DRAWS

The draws for the 2017 Racketball County Closed are now available: 2017 Racketball County Closed Draw.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in getting this to you, its has been a complete nightmare trying to arrange over 100 matches over a couple of days.

As you can see there are matches Friday night right through to Sunday early evening, so I hope you are ready for a lot of matches.

A note to players who have entered more than 2 events, you may have to play back to back with very little rest time available.

I have a Rules and important info attached which I know not many will read, so main points below.

The player that loses their match MUST mark the next game on the court they have just played on. I don’t want to spend the weekend finding markers so if we could all do our bit this will help keep to the time schedule.
BLACK BALL is to be used for every match including Over 60/65.
Please ensure that you turn up more than 30 mins before your time slot, so I can make sure that we get you on court as soon as we can.

If for some reason you are unable to make the matches at a certain time, please understand that I have tried to accommodate everyone who has already told me what time they can or can’t play. I do however have limited patience with this so attached is the final version.

I would like to thank you all for entering and I must remind you that those who have not paid me, will not go on court or receive their tournament t-shirt until this has been paid. You know who you are, that haven’t paid me so your honesty with this is much appreciated.

If you have paid by BACS please email on receipt of this so I can check it has been received then cross you off my list.

Other than that, really looking forward to seeing you all and hoe you enjoy the weekend.

Please forward to anyone who isn’t on this list, if the Committee could put this on the website that would also help, any club captains please pass onto to members as well, just to make sure that everyone gets this info.

Regards

Nick Macey
